This newly built loft is in tip top condition and was sold for about $1,6 million. The apartment hosts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room which is open to the kitchen and dining area, and a terrace. This storey has been carefully prepared with tasteful and exclusive materials. This home has soft, neutral tones that make it an airy, light space. A very important feature in any house is lighting and in this one it has a central role, with light streams created by several skylights.
The living room is very big and you could easily built another bedroom here if you need extra rooms. Moreover it has a sleek fireplace as the main focal point in the room. The kitchen is very well equipped with upscale appliances. The bathroom is a very modern space with beautiful tile, gorgeous jacuzzi and a huge mirror that makes it feel bigger. The rest of the house has contemporary furniture as well and some wooden beams that give it some personality. This apartment is very high tech with a sound system with built-in speakers. The apartment we are going to show you is part of the condominium and is located on the third floor of the 1880 building. The 7965 square-foot contemporary house was recently sold and the new owners can enjoy their one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Although the space isn’t very big the rooms feel airy and bright due to the white walls and bright wooden floors. It also has large windows that bathe the house in natural light. Moreover the living area is open to the kitchen and dining zone, creating one big open space. You can see some accent tile in the kitchen that gives the place some flavor.

It is important that we know all about them in order that we enjoy their existence and can prevent some unfortunate moments if it is the case. Nature hides many interesting and valuable secrets and our mission is to discover them. Shark is a marine predator. Its scary appearance frightens its enemies and even us. It has a big construction and takes advantage of all that means food for it especially when he feels the smell of fresh flesh and blood.
Aleksander Mukomelov used its scary appearance and created an interesting lamp which takes the shape of a shark's wing that comes out of water. Maybe he thought of those of us who are afraid of being alone in the darkness. Now we can use this special lamp to scary the dark around us and feel stronger and more confident. Just think of the strength, ferocious teeth and cunning way of hunting of a shark and you will feel more secure with a lamp like this by your side. It has an unusual shape that is stimulating the user in more than one way: it has visually pleasant details, elements that have a pronounced tactile character and the wood also has a beautiful scent. It's a real synaesthesia. Considering it only from a visual point of view, it's a very cool piece of furniture, with aesthetically pleasing elements. This unusual sideboard was handmade in Oak and internally lined with Cedar of Lebanon, the source of the naturally beautiful scent. The overall shape of this sideboard is actually very common. It one had a rectangular shape, but this was changed with elaborate work. The process also changed the color tone, turning it into the beautiful chocolate brown you admire now. The design is either very romantic and nostalgic or funny and dramatic, as it reminds of the beautiful waves of the ocean or, in other cases, it reminds of the boiling water.
