good condition ladder with 3 rungs each side - for pools (pretty sure) outside of my unit 734 S.Grand Hwy (Hillside Villas #734) Clermont, FL (Grand Hwy is between 7-11 and Kmart on Hwy 50). Just help yourself.  In other words - help yourself , I'm busy celebrating my 4th anniversary today!  Whoever picks it up should post TAKEN to the list for me.  That's my only request!!
