Doctors advice - change diet! So had to clean out kitchen of all the foods not allowed! Many canned soups and rice boxes - some beyond best buy date. Some open, but still good. kitchen stuff like wooden spoons, baskets, bowels, plastic containers, hoover y&z vacuum bags, popcorn stove top pan. Come take a look and just take what you can use. I would hate to throw it all away!
