Papatheodorakis House by Max Pritchard Architect Posted: 03 Jul 2013 09:43 AM PDT Papatheodorakis House was designed by Max Pritchard Architect. The strong forms of the different elements of the building are reinforced by contrasting colours; red, blue and white. The upper level is at road level and houses the garage, main living area and outdoor terrace. Projecting out as a glass box is the living area maximising the views, but with sun control provided by the retractable and adjustable external aluminium louvres. Both the garage and living area lead on to the large outdoor entertaining area, a terrace with wood oven and enclosed by planter boxes and pergola.
