I appreciate all the responses. There were a lot of interest in the couches. As of now I am keeping a list of 3 people to take the couches. These people were chosen based on the time stamps of their corresponding responses to my offer. Should the first person fail to take the couches, I will be going down the list to determine if that person still wants to take the couches. Thank you all for your time.
