Offer - party signs for 40th birthday - must take all:
One (1) "40 aged to perfection" sign;
One (1) party sign in sheet "sign here... for the Big 40 four-oh!" keepsake;
One (1) "40" sparkly sign;
One (1) "Happy 40th birthday" banner - individual letters;
One (1) "40 better Than Ever" table topper;
Two (2) "Forty Years of Magnificence" table toppers;
all of the above look to be brand new and some have labels that would be removed for use.

and two very, very slightly used candles "(1) "40" and (1) "Guess who's over the hill" - if placed on a cake/cupcake and lit and brought to birthday person - they would never know they were not new.

Clermont - near CR 561/CR565B - near Pine Ridge Elementary.

I would prefer a meet-up/pick-up because I wouldn't want to leave the candles outside in this heat. I would happily do a porch pick-up if you do not want the candles.
