This is one of those units that's all attached. The changing table sits on the side and has drawers underneath as well as at the bottom of the crib. there is no mattress included. i purchased this but hadn't realized how long it would take me to refinish it. if your handy and have the time to refinish it could be really beautiful. unfortunately, i am just 2 months away so i do not have this time. you will need a truck or larger vehicle to transport but it is not too heavy.
