It also had to facilitate the direct meetings with the company's clients and to offer them easy access to all the events organized by the company. The new headquarters covers an area of 400 sqm. Among the other companies located in the same building its worth mentioning Adecco, GlaxoSmithKline, Cushman & Wakefield, Renault and the Unirea medical center.

Natural Vine Bird Nests

Posted: 30 Oct 2011 08:09 AM PDT

The garden is very important for a home because you spend there a big part of the warm season and you may have the most amazing house in the world – if it is not accompanied by an equally arranged garden it does not look nice. I know some people prefer the garden or the front lawn covered only with grass, but some other people, like me, prefer a pretty wild look, close to the natural one. And, since it is not possible to bring all the nature you can find in a forest in the garden behind your house, you can still purchase some outdoor decorations that will make it look genuine. For example these Natural Vine Bird Nests are amazing and you can use them in the middle of the city, too.

These nests are made of natural vine and, of course, are handmade. They are not made by birds, but the people manufacturing them imitate the birds’ way of building them and they look pretty genuine. If you spread some of them in the trees or in the bushes in your garden, they will look great. It brings a bit of wild natural beauty to your home garden and makes you feel closer to nature. You can purchase 9 such nests for $18.90.

Homeowners Insurance Quotes and Coverage

Posted: 30 Oct 2011 06:51 AM PDT

Your house and property are your top priorities. To protect them from any eventuality, you need home insurance policy. The task is rather an upheaval one as you are to choose from wide array of home insurance coverage available. On the basis of your necessities, you should go for the right homeowners insurance quotes.

Home insurances coverage

Ideal homeowners insurance should cover the following:

Property Coverage: Protect the property from damage caused by fire, theft, smoke, storm, vandalism and other hazards.

Additional Structure Coverage: Storage sheds and pools should be covered from damage.

Temporary living Expenses: The insurance quote should cover the temporary living expenses if the property becomes non livable.

Personal Property Coverage: Assets, jewellery , camera bicycle , car, computer or valuable items like musical instruments, books etc, are to be covered from damages.

Medical Expense Coverage: If anyone gets injured within your premises, the insurance should cover the medical expenses too.

Replacement cost coverage: It is a tool to replace any damaged item with a new one of the same value and quality.

Liability Coverage: This should be an integral part of homeowner insurance. Any financial disaster the owner or the family faces or if the court holds the homeowner liable for someone else's injury or property damage, this option comes handy.

For a homeowner, it's advisable to ensure atleast 80% of the total value (excluding the value of land) should be insured. Here, you need to check that the amount of insurance is sufficient enough to let you repair or rebuild your house in the event of disaster.

Some Final Thought:

It's really important for you to understand each aspect of homeowners insurance policy. You are the best knowledgeable person regarding what to be covered and what not. Here, if you want to cover everything, the premium would be high. In case you can figure out what is not so important to you, you may easily leave it.

Finally, you are to protect your hard earned property in lieu of premium amount and should get the ideal home insurance quotes that fit into budget and give you the optimum protection.

If you have already an existing home insurance policy, you should make sure that it is reviewed in a regular way, atleast annually. Disaster is an eventuality; it might come in your way. All you got to get is a shield against the same.{pic from here}

Rhododendron Chandelier

Posted: 30 Oct 2011 01:56 AM PDT

Most things are inspired from nature and that is why they are so incredibly beautiful. All the things that are shaped and look like flowers for example cannot be ugly, but beautiful and attractive. This Rhododendron Chandelier is the perfect example. It is actually a hanging lamp which has a very special shade that has the design of a nice flower called Rhododendron. It is a bunch of small flowers that are linked together and attached to a single branch. The design of this chandelier follows nature in detail and is in fact a cluster of paper flowers that surround the light bulb.

This chandelier will bring a bit of freshness and natural beauty into your living room and will focus everybody’s attention on it. It is made of paper, metal and tyvek and every single little flower in the bunch is carefully designed and made. I recommend it to be placed in big living rooms because it is pretty big, reaching up to 81 cm in diameter. It hangs from the ceiling, supported by a 16.5cm cord and has a 100 watt max light bulb inside. The light is warm as it is filtered by all the paper flowers and this gives the room an intimate look. It is very beautiful and you can have it for €742.00.
