| Posted: 03 Oct 2011 11:07 AM PDT I am in the mood for celebrating. I have been married for ten years now and that calls for a special party and for special arrangements. And, of course, I must bring a bottle of champagne and serve it in special glasses. I don’t know about you, but I simply can’t drink champagne, this special and amazing drink, from normal glasses because I don’t think it is appropriate. It’s like offending the champagne when placing it in ordinary glasses. The champagne glasses must be elegant and stylish and it’s compulsory for them to have a long thin leg. I normally prefer crystal flute glasses, but normal glass flutes are just fine as long as their design is special. These Black Champagne Flutes – Jazz are just what I was looking for.

As there is only a month till Halloween we think of finding some decorations for our home too. I have always loved to decorate my house with all sorts of things that help me to feel closer to that specific holiday. It a way of making you feel the spirit of a certain holiday and at the same time you come to bring a change into your house.
This DIY project can be great for our intention. It refers to a nice DIY Witch- like Lampshade. Actually the lampshade takes the form of a witch's iconic hat. Besides the fact that you will be happy to create something with your hands, decorate your house for a special holiday it is also a useful item. It is not something that you can put away once you do not use it anymore. For such a DIY project you may need some materials like: X-acto knife, black foam core, 8″ mixing bowl, black ribbon, scissors, tape, lamp shade, hot glue gun, purple ribbon, buckle and a lamp. Imagine how charmed your kids would be when they could see such a great Halloween lampshade. They will definitely want such an item for their room, especially those who are afraid of dark and the evil spirits who are said to appear on the night of Halloween. It appeared during the time of Julius Caesar and it was a type of furniture that could be easily broken down into pieces and transported on military campaigns. This way it was easier to carry and a way of taking comfort to go. Today it's not used for the same purposes but it remained an interesting style that is still found on the market.
Ballard is a chair that shares those characteristics. It's a campaign chair that still features the original particularities of the design. It was modeled after colonial British furniture of the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries and, even though it's not used in military campaigns anymore, it would make a very interesting statement piece in any home.
The Ballard chair is crafted using Kikar wood, a small and thorny tree grown in India, and distressed buffalo leather. It has a simple frame that folds up for easy transport. It has pivoting joints, leather support strips and a reclining back. Because of its characteristics it would make a great choice for those who travel a lot or for those who like fishing. The chair measures : L23-3/4 x W23-3/4 x H31-1/2 inches and it costs $490. There's also a matching ottoman that is sold separately. | Modern two-bedroom apartment in Bratislava for sale Posted: 03 Oct 2011 06:49 AM PDT This two-bedroom one-bathroom apartment in located in the Kramare neighborhood of Bratislava, Slovakia and it's situated in a 18-unit building. The apartment has been extensively renovated back in 2008 and the current owners decided to sell it with all the furniture and fixtures included. It's a very stylish apartment with a minimalist modern interior design.
The apartment is situated at the fifth floor of the building and it shares that level with two other apartments. The hotel is owned by Lee and Amelia Thornley who conducted several restoration projects and they have been very careful to use only reclaimed architectural materials. The hotel is luxury small retreat and it only has seven bedrooms to offer. However, these bedrooms allow spectacular views of the surroundings and because of their small number, the hotel presents a warm and more loving atmosphere.
