I found 2 pups at the library in Ontario. 1 male is about 3 to 4 months old and the other female is about 1 year. Tarrier mix and ???.
I do not wish to find the people that had them. She had a collar on that looks to me like it was put on 6 months ago and never loosened as she grew. As a result, it was hard for her to eat and the hair is gone.
He had a large CHAIN with a PAD LOCK on in the same condition. Probably put on a month ago. His was titer as he is still a growing boy.
I can't keep them as I have my limit and will be doing good to feed them all at this time. I would not like to give them to Animal Control ether. But if no one wants them I will have to do so.
