[OntarioCaliforniaFreecycle] OFFER: Cute soap dispenser (La Verne)

 

Hello,
This was just freecycled to me, but as I was cleaning it, the paint started to come off. It's a very cute Christmas penguin soap dispenser. I stopped cleaning it as soon as I noticed the paint coming off. Would be really cute if you cleaned it up and re-painted it. Thanks!
