Excalibur armchair by Jan Armgardt

I'm not sure how much this armchair deserves its name, but what I'm sure of it the fact that it must be comfortable. It certainly looks comfortable and, more than that, it has that cute little extra stool for you to stretch your legs. And the colors are relaxing too: soft tones of beige and black.

Created by the designer Jan Armgardt in 1990, the Excalibur chair has already become a legend by now. Its nice clean look and imposing form look so convincing that you just have to buy one. The feet can either be in walnut, epoxy or aluminum. And to make it even more comfortable, the seat depth can be reduced by 3 cm. This way you can adapt it to your body and mood. Indulge yourself with a relaxing armchair like this one. Every home should have at least one. It's legen…(wait for it)…dary!

Puzzling cubic ottoman

These pieces look so cute and friendly…you think " I should have one". They also look very comfortable. For some people they might be, but personally I don't find them comfortable at all. However, they are really practical, that I can't deny. They are ok if you just have to use for like 15-20 minutes, but after that your back might start to hurt. But they look really cute. Especially this one. It looks so…inviting, you just have to have a seat.

It is probably because of the soft pattern. It's actually made from quilted leather. The dimensions are: w 17.3" x d 17.3" x h 17.75". It's available for $395. You can also choose from two different color options: premium black cowhide and premium brown cowhide leather. A piece of furniture like this is always handy, so you won't regret purchasing it. You never know when you'll need an extra seat.

Nowadays people tend to prefer digital clocks instead of the old-fashioned ones. However there is something special about those ones that you can't define. Time seems to pass more natural, plus they look more aesthetic on the walls. The type of clock that a person chooses to have in their home is a personal choice that nobody can judge. But if however you choose to have an old-fashioned clock, don't think that it's over. You'll still need to choose from a lot of different shapes and sizes, not to mention colors.

So you should at least take a look at this contemporary clock. It's a diamond-shaped wall clock, half black and half white. It features red hands to show the time. Stunning Views in Washington at Chuckanut Ridge Residence

If you have a large family to accommodate the next house can e a fabulous example. Located in Bow, Washington, the Chuckanut Ridge House was designed to reflect the clients East Asian heritage. The Prentiss Architects had their work cut of for them due to the dramatic narrow ridge site.

The main purpose was to have a minimal environmental impact on the surroundings so the architects incorporated photovoltaic panels to provide electrical power and rain collection as the water source. The house was built along a central spine, therefore the rooms are formed by a series of folded roof planes.


Due to tradition, once you enter the house there is a space where you can take off your shoes and coats before stepping up to the wood floors. Moreover, because of a respiratory problem there can be no frying in the house, so the architects set a second work area, which is equipped with a powerful vent.

In other words the Chuckanut Ridge is an interesting house that offers fantastic views and is also environmentally friendly.{found on archdaily}

Woven drink bucket for both indoor and outdoor use

For only 59$ you can purchase this unique item. It is a woven drink bucket created for both indoor and outdoor use. The dimensions are 20″w x 14.5″d x 11″h. As you can see it has a … let's say vintage look. The basket is made from woven seagrass which gives it a funny look. Actually, on a second thought, it looks like the picnic basket that Spike used to carry on the legendary Tom & Jerry series.

The basket also features a galvanized iron insert that keeps the ice and water separate from the woven seagrass exterior. It is also easy to clean after you finish using it. You just wipe down the seagrass basket and rinse the metal insert. To make the carrying easier, it also has two woven handles. However I don't see any top, so I'm not sure how long the ice can resist like that, not to mention that it's not hygienic. But it's a minor problem that can be easily fixed.
