[ClermontFLReUseIt] Wanted: Men's shoes any size by Citrus Tower

 

Today, I took clothes to the Lake County Correctional Institution.  I asked them what their urgent need is for men Leaving the facility.  They said SHOES, any size.
 
Check your hubby's closet, please.  Does he have a pair of shoes that he just doesn't wear - he just didn't like the look or feel?   Maybe he shoved them to the back of the closet?? They can get some use right away!!  ANY SIZE, in very good condition.
 
Do you have a few dollars you can donate to buy a pair of shoes for one of the guys -- if you donate a few, someone else donates a few -- a few donations adds up to a pair of shoes!! 
 
Showing someone you care through a pair of shoes is powerful.  
 
You could even write a simple noteor have your children color a picture to put in the shoes (no names or addresses please), encouraging them in their leaving the correctional institution and beginning their new life of good behavior!
