I've seen those infomercials for Insanity, Hip Hop Abs...etc, etc...forever now and have been debating on purchasing them or not. However, I figured I'd try here first incase someone happens to have a set laying around that isn't being loved. I'm hoping that I will be able to love them for you...I'm 33 and I don't think I'm going to get away with not working out much longer :)
If you have any other workout DVDs...Bellydancing, Hula Hooping...anything that would make it more fun that would be great too. It might be a little easier to start with the fun stuff before I go all out with something as crazy as Insanity!
