[ClermontFLReUseIt] Wanted: Basic Adult Male Necessities

 

Kathy and I chatted and she thinks this message may have gotten lost in the
shuffle of the many you received.  Please take a look at it.  (I cut it down so
you have less to read).

There is an important need.  The prisoners leaving the Lake County Correctional
Facility need some basic items when they are released (yeah!).  BUT they get
those items only if they are donated.

Maybe you have some of these items or you find great deals at garage sales or
thrift stores??  If so, contact me and I will make sure they get
processed through the system and get to the men. I can't imagine being a man
with no family and trying to go out into society without these basic items!   So
here's the small list....items such as:

*towel and washcloth
*deodorant (no Secret for women please -grin)
*toothbrush and toothpaste
*soap (men's smells, not women's - smile)
*pants, sizes 36, 38 and 40 are popular
*solid color t-shirt or polo shirt, sizes L, XL and XXL are popular
*dark colored socks
*underwear
*belt
*neck tie
*suit  or  jacket
